Create artwork on multiple pieces of Clearprint Vellum. Layering the finished pieces can create a unique, atmospheric effect. Effects are more apparent when back lit. This pieces uses oil color on two primed pieces of Clearprint Vellum.

Because Clearprint Vellum is translucent, painting on both sides of the material will create unique effects that will show through to both sides of the finished artwork. This piece uses acrylic on the front and the reverse side of the painting. The effect is enhanced when back lit.

Strips of Clearprint Vellum can be cut up and used in strips mixed with translucent matte or gloss acrylic medium as a "glue." Left to dry over a support, the Clearprint becomes ridged. The medium retains the vellum's translucent characteristics.
